MANDY FOOT

Mandy’s obsession with drawing animals and giving them an abundance of personality
began when she was around 2, with chalk, on her grandparents pavement. Only then they
didn’t look like animals or anything much for that matter. Now as a best selling children’s
book illustrator of over 20 books, her canvas has evolved from the pavement and her studio
is shared with her joined-at-the-hip border collie, Arty. 

SALLY HEINRICH

Sally Heinrich is an illustrator, printmaker and writer, who has published and exhibited widely in Australia and Asia. She has illustrated more than forty books as well as writing and illustrating her own picture books, novels and non-fiction books.


 

LAUREN MULLINDER

After illustrating her first picture book, which came out in early 2017, Lauren discovered her love of interacting and engaging with children through presentations and workshops, and teaching them a love of self-expression through art. 

CLAIRE RICHARDS

Claire's first book, A Little Bit, was published by  Omnibus books in Adelaide.She has since worked with several publishers and seen her books translated into many languages. Her other titles include The Eleventh Sheep and Ten Cheeky Possums.

DANNY SNELL

Danny is the illustrator of over a dozen children's picture books. His most recent book Little Chicken Chickabee, written by Janeen Brian, is a CBCA Notable Book for 2017.

 GABRIELLE WANG

Gabrielle Wang is an award winning author and illustrator of novels and picture books for children and young adults. She was born in Melbourne of Chinese heritage. As a result, Gabrielle’s books are a blend of both Australian and Chinese culture with a touch of fantasy. She has conducted workshops in writing and illustrating around Australia and overseas.
